Our Cafecitos Series is a monthly, 45‑minute virtual gathering designed to uplift member voices, share personal and professional stories, and build comunidad across Northern California’s local government family. These conversations are informal, welcoming, and rooted in connection — because leadership grows strongest when we grow together — a perfect way to start your morning.
Grab your cafecito, log in, and be part of the conversation.
